Our Warehouse space has been left as a blank canvas. With lots of natural light, white brick and plain white walls. You also get use of the outside courtyard, Bar, bar tables and stools, trestle table and Tiffany chairs.

Price for hire

Week Day $100 per hour $600 full day (8 hours)

Weekend $150 per hour $800 full day (8 hours)

Includes use of standard furniture, double sink and prep area, toilets, Wi-Fi,  tea and coffee making facilities. 

Please note this price does not include setup, props, styling of the area you want to use. 

Please take into account hire time includes your setup and pack down time. 

All items must be put away or placed back in there position once you have used the space, surfaces to be wiped clean and floors to be swept and mopped. ( please ask up for professional cleaning prices)
