Is a light and bright blank canvas warehouse in Braeside.
We offer cocktail events for groups of up to 50 people for any celebration.
Let us plan your event with bespoke styling, food and drinks!
If you prefer to DIY/BYO, then that option is also available.

Mid-Week Monday - Thursday
Lunchtime/after work 2-hour hire $600 Night after 6 pm- 5 hours $1150
Weekend Friday-Sunday
Daytime- 3-hour hire $800
Night after 6 pm - 5-hour hire $1500
note: weekend events must finish by 11pm and mid week by 10pm. No 18th or 21st functions.

Includes:

catering buffet grazing table option with added cake and dessert (see note for 50ppl)
BYO alcohol w/ venue setup package & glass hire furniture hire (bar tables, chairs and more) feature backdrop wall with neon or balloons drinks/candy cart

30 people = $5000 weekday and $5300 weekend
50 people = $7000 weekday and $7300 weekend

Choose your own Caterer
If you want to choose your own caterer that's absolutely fine, we just need them to provide their street trader documentation and you're all set to go.
Please let us know if you have a particular food style in mind, we are always happy to help you find the perfect food option for you
organise your own licensed caterer $200 self-catering fee (this is not charge if you have a food truck only) there are no kitchen facilities for use, caterer will need to bring there own equipment. They will be able to have access to water and power.
