Small Business Hire

Space hire only

Includes use of furniture (tables, chairs, bar, bar tables, stools), toilets, wifi and private use of either the warehouse or coastal suite or both.

Furniture can be moved around as you like, but must be returned to position once finished, surfaces must be wiped down, floors swept and mopped and rubbish taken away with you.

Weekday- per hour $100 Full Day $600 (8 hours)

Weekend- per hour $150 Full Day $800 (8 hours)

Extra $200 to hire both spaces

Time starts from entrance and exit of the building

Morning tea/afternoon tea from $10 per head

Lunch platters $20 per head

Projector hire $50

Professional cleaning $130

Prop Hire of items not part of space hired from $50

**Please note this is DIY setup on the day of your event, if you require assistance with setup or diy setup out of hire hours, this will be charged from $50 per hour.

Included in your hire

Private hire of space setup to your liking, basic tea and coffee making facilities, soft drink and water, projector, wifi, bluetooth speaker, notepads and pens.

Weekday- Half Day $600 Full Day $1100

Weekend Half Day $800 Full Day $1500

Extra $200 to hire both spaces
