Bond over professional palette knives and thick, luscious buttercream as you learn the "impasto" technique to sculpt a 3D textured masterpiece on your very own mini sponge cake. Whether you’re a seasoned creative or haven't picked up a palette knife since high school, this class is about having fun, and getting messy in the best way possible.

What you’ll do:

• Master the Palette Knife: Learn to layer, swirl, and sculpt buttercream into stunning 3D florals or abstract textures.
• Design Your Canvas: Work on a 5" x 6" mini sponge cake, perfectly prepped for your artistic touch.
• Play with Colour: Use a curated buttercream palette to bring your vision to life.
• Sip & Snack: Enjoy complimentary bubbles (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and a delicious grazing spread while you create.
• You’ll walk away with new creative skills, full hearts, and your unique edible artworks safely boxed up to show off (and share!) at home.
